Cancellation Policy

Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit goes toward your total service price. Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made after the cancellation window will result in loss of deposit. Same-day cancellations are considered no-shows. 🚫 No-Show Policy If you fail to show up to your appointment without notice, your deposit is forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in future booking restrictions or full payment required upfront. ⌛ Late Policy Please arrive on time. A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. Arriving later than the grace period may result in: Appointment cancellation Loss of deposit Or a late fee (at salon discretion) 💳 Payment Policy Remaining balance is due at the time of service.
